Important notice about trading and software use

1. High risk of loss
Trading financial instruments, including CFDs and leveraged products, involves a high risk of losing money rapidly. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
2. Software is a tool, not advice
AISHE provides autonomous / assistive software technology. It does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or broker services. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and broker relationship.
3. No performance guarantee
Past performance, simulations, demo results, or network metrics do not guarantee future results. Market conditions change; technical issues (connectivity, hardware, broker APIs) can affect outcomes.
4. Demo first
We strongly recommend using Demo / paper trading mode before live deployment to validate your setup, parameters, and risk limits.
5. Regulatory responsibility
Ensure your broker and activities comply with rules applicable to you (for example FCA requirements if you are a UK retail client of a regulated firm). AISHE does not solicit deposits or custody client funds.
