Distance Sales Agreement
Consumer contract information for online AISHE subscriptions (UK)

1. Parties & subject
This agreement is between you (the customer) and AISHE UK for software subscription / licence services purchased remotely via my.aishe.uk.
2. Service description
- •Access to the AISHE dashboard and related account features.
- •Licence activation for the AISHE System Client according to the selected package.
- •Support channels published on the site for technical and billing questions.
3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed online. Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment instructions (including bank transfer where offered) must be completed for activation. Until payment is confirmed, access may remain pending.
4. Delivery
Digital licences and dashboard access are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
5. Cooling-off / cancellation
Where UK consumer cooling-off rights apply to digital content, starting the service with your express request/consent may affect the right to cancel once performance has begun. Package-specific refund rules (if any) are stated at checkout or in related policy pages.
6. Customer obligations
- •Provide accurate billing and contact information.
- •Use the software only under a valid licence.
- •Comply with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
7. Complaints
Contact support@aishe.uk with your order ID and registered email. We will review billing and access issues in good faith.
