Follow the installation instructions in the documentation. Meeting these requirements keeps AISHE stable, responsive, and compatible.

Short installation guide for AISHE

Work through these steps in order: confirm hardware, prepare Windows (London time / English formats), configure Office, connect MetaTrader 4, then install the AISHE client.

1. System requirements and hardware

For AISHE to run optimally, your PC needs the components listed above. A powerful CPU and enough RAM keep the client responsive; matching OS and hardware keeps install and day-to-day use stable.

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) is the supported path. Other OS options are possible only via a virtual machine with at least 4 CPU cores available to the VM.
  • Processor: At least a 6th-generation Intel CPU with 4+ cores (e.g. i5 or i7). Stronger CPUs make AISHE faster.
  • RAM: 8 GB minimum.
  • Disk: Keep enough free space (at least 4 GB for a comfortable full setup).
  • Graphics: An integrated GPU is usually enough — no dedicated gaming card required.

2. Operating system setup

A clean Windows install is recommended. Install all current updates. Goal: the system always shows London time, network is treated as private, and the date format is English dd.MM.YYYY HH:MM— regardless of where you are physically.

  1. During install, choose language English. Region: United Kingdom (or another region using GMT). Format: date dd.MM.YYYY, time HH:MM.
  2. After install, open Date & Time / Region settings. Set time zone to London / GMT. Disable automatic time-zone detection.
  3. Network: ensure no proxy is configured. Prefer private / privacy-oriented network settings so the ISP does not profile browsing where possible.
  4. Re-check that the date format remains dd.MM.YYYY. Some apps have their own format — align those too.

3. Microsoft Office installation & Trust Center

Install Office 2016 or newer (prefer 2019 / 2021 / 365, 64-bit), activate with a valid license, apply updates, then configure Trust Center. You need administrator rights.

Excel Trust Center (File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings)

  • Macro settings: Enable all macros
  • External content: enable options under “When opening files”
  • Protected View: uncheck all boxes
  • ActiveX: run ActiveX controls and content

Number format (File → Options → Advanced)

Thousands separator: period · Decimal separator: comma. Also enable Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) under data / external connection options where available.

Keep Windows Defender (or your AV) current, allow only trusted apps through the firewall, and stay patched. Disabling security features is at your own risk — this guide is informational, not professional advice.

4. Setting up MetaTrader 4

MT4 is the trading platform AISHE connects to. Choose a broker that offers unrestricted MT4 (including Expert Advisors) and real-time data (RTD).

  1. Install MT4 — download the installer from your broker and complete the wizard.
  2. Demo account — register on the broker site and save server, account number, and password.
  3. Connect — in MT4, File → Open an Account / Add New Account, enter credentials, finish.
  4. Instruments — from Market Watch, open charts and set timeframes / indicators as needed.

Restricted broker builds or missing RTD can block AISHE. Prefer unlimited EA use and demo testing before live trading. Broker support can help with account or platform issues.

5. Installing AISHE

  1. Download the AISHE installer (after your request is approved).
  2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen steps.
  3. Configure required parameters (database connection, working directories).

Important notes

  • Date format: Keep the system on dd.MM.yyyy during install — required for correct data exchange.
  • “ID” folder: The most common first-install issue is failing to create C:\Drive\ID########. Confirm C:\Drive exists on the C: drive and create the ID subfolder shown in the installer if needed.
  • Administrator rights: The client and assistant need admin rights. Disable power-saving and screensaver; avoid third-party AV interference (Windows Defender is the usual exception).

Help, documentation, and troubleshooting for first-time setup. Before using the client, confirm: 64-bit PC (Intel i7 / 4+ cores preferred), Windows 10 or 11, and MS Office with Excel 2019+ correctly installed and activated.

Service distributors
